What types of parties are you offering right now?

We currently offer all Birthday Party Packages for in-person parties.

What is the guest limit for in-person parties?

Your guest count is up to your discretion. For outdoor parties, please seat our performers in a shaded area so that they do not overheat in their costumes. We will not perform in rain under any circumstances, so please have a indoor backup plan.

Do your characters wear masks?

We leave this up to your family’s comfortability and desires. By default, our characters will not appear in masks unless requested to. All of our masks are appropriate for the character to help preserve the magic.

If I need to cancel last minute, can I get my deposit back?

No. Per contract, deposits are non-refundable. We will work together to reschedule your party as quickly as possible. Your deposit is eligible for a rescheduled party for up to 6 months.

Are you currently booking corporate events/ meet and greets?

Yes. If you would like to inquire about characters for an event you are putting on, please send us an email and we will determine if it is the right choice for us at this time.
