Notes:

  • Voice needs to be a little louder to show confidence and need bigger movements

  • Use more gestures and shake out those nerves!

  • Think of more natural ways to hold conversations.

  • Sounded a little rehearsed/nervous and only practiced as Moana. Don’t be afraid to go off script and use more bold movements to show confidence!

  • Try adding more animation, excitement, and energy!

  • State things confidently and make sure to fluctuate tone of voice.

  • Sometimes 5-10 late to costume pickups, but Britt will work on better communication so they’re on the same page!

Notes:

  • Don’t feel the need to restart when you jumble your words. Your flow and storytelling was great!

  • Remember to keep going and try to talk as naturally as as possible while still in character

  • You stayed calm under pressure. Even though you wanted to restart, you really never needed to! The information was in your brain, and even though it didn’t come out perfectly, we still could tell you were forming stories and answers logically and in character.

  • Some of your conversations sounded rehearsed and repetitive (we all have our roles on the island was used a few times.)

  • Remember to ask the kids things about them. Actively listen and make it more personalized

  • Try to make up your own story that didn’t happen during your movie but is still believable for your world

  • Ask follow up questions to continue your conversations with the kids
